获取早期测试说明

猫猫电视机还在早期测试准备中。第一版会先从少量节目开始，慢慢验证真实平板体验、声音强度、触碰反馈和猫咪反应。

如果你想参与早期测试，或想知道什么时候可以试用，可以添加微信 bamao-ai，或发邮件到 [email protected]。

使用建议

• 放稳平板。不要悬空，也不要放在容易被推落的地方。
• 主人先在旁边观察。第一次使用时，音量保持较低，单次时间不要太长。
• 猫咪只看不摸是正常的。远远看一会儿也是正常的。如果猫咪紧张、躲开、持续拍打设备，或者变得过度兴奋，请停止播放。

如果没有声音

部分系统会要求先由用户轻触屏幕，才允许播放声音。请先轻触一次屏幕，再确认设备没有静音，系统音量也没有调到最低。

我们建议从低音量开始。猫猫电视机的声音应该是轻的、短的、可以关闭的。

如果节目无法打开或导入

如果你正在测试节目包，请只使用我们官方提供的文件。App 可能会拒绝无法验证官方身份、版本、签名或完整性的文件。

如果出现错误，请把错误提示截图、设备型号、系统版本、App 版本和你正在使用的节目名称发给我们。这样我们更容易判断是文件、设备、系统权限还是 App 本身的问题。

猫咪不感兴趣怎么办

这是正常情况。不同猫咪对运动、声音、屏幕和互动的兴趣差异很大。

可以换一个节目，降低声音，缩短观看时间，或者隔几天再试。也可以停止使用。猫猫电视机不会承诺所有猫都会喜欢，也不把反应当作健康或行为判断。

Early testing

MaoMao TV is still preparing for early testing. The first version will start with a small number of programmes while we test the real tablet experience, sound level, touch response, and cat reactions.

Use guidance

• Place the tablet securely.Do not leave it hanging over an edge or anywhere it can easily fall.
• Stay nearby at first.For the first few sessions, start with low volume and keep sessions short.
• Watching without touching is normal.Watching from a distance is normal too. If your cat seems stressed, avoids the screen, repeatedly hits the device, or becomes overexcited, stop the session.

If there is no sound

Some systems require a screen touch before sound can play. Tap the screen once, then check that the device is not muted and the system volume is not at the lowest level.

We recommend starting with low volume. MaoMao TV sounds should be gentle, short, and possible to turn off.

If a programme will not open or import

If you are testing a programme package, only use files provided by us. The App may reject files if it cannot verify the official identity, version, signature, or file integrity.

If you see an error, send us a screenshot, your device model, system version, App version, programme name, and what happened. That helps us understand whether the issue is with the file, device, system permission, or App.

If your cat is not interested

That is normal. Cats vary a lot in how they respond to movement, sound, screens, and touch.

You can try a different programme, lower the volume, shorten the session, wait a few days, or stop using it. MaoMao TV does not promise that every cat will like it, and we do not treat cat reactions as health or behavior diagnosis.
